Clarion Pointe Jasper Hotel

Excellent place with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me print tickets . Highly recommend it!

The people were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean except for the one bed.

There was blood on the sheets. There were so many people we had to stand in line for quite a while to get our food.

The room is reasonably priced. I have not had such an exceptionally comfortable bed at any other accommodation. It has ideal, excellent setting, short walk to the main business district and several local eateries and eating places.

Even though there was a large number of people eating simultaneously, the staff kept the breakfast well stocked. The pool and the deck area was well maintained. Updated rooms were clean and bright. The staff was very helpful.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, with a convenient location near attractions in the surrounding area, and I enjoyed the really good breakfast with an automatic pancake machine that was a unique touch.

Mexican restaurant close to it.The food was fantastic.

The location was ideal. Found it a little difficult to get to lobby due to construction. Mary (?) the manager was very helpful and generous with her time. I would go back just because of her!!

The "continental breakfast" was rather disappointing, and the space allocated for this needs to be enlarged, way to crowded!

Renovation of rooms but they should have added an elevator

We had a reservation for first floor but when we arrived there were none available breakfast was also poor eggs in a pouch with cheese no bagels no pancakes no meat worst hotel breakfast we have had in years

A convention was staying at motel. Several drunks were in next room and kept us up until 2:30AM. Management tried unsuccessfully to shut them up. Next morning manager comped 100% of our room cost. Handled the situation very professionally.

It was fun to see it in action and I enjoyed making pancakes with my family. The outdoor dining area allowed us to eat comfortably while enjoying the fresh air, which reminded me of picnics back in Italy. A pleasant experience for us as a family.

The fitness center was a bit crowded during peak hours. I also noticed the breakfast options could have been more diverse.
